Christmas
Surprise!!
This story came from a proud parent!!
I thought
I would fill you in on the details of my surprise since I knew you were
interested. I mentioned my plans were messed up a bit when I became responsible
for both daughters Saturday afternoon when picking up the puppy. But, as
luck would have it, both were sound asleep when I left your house at about 4:30.
The puppy, to be known as buddy from this point forward, sat calmly in the front
passenger side seat on a blanket until I arrived at Bethany to pick up my
father, and Kim's grandmother. Just before stopping to pick them up, I
placed Buddy in a decorated 14 inch square box, along with a warm blanket;
and placed the box in the rear section of the jeep-no lid of course. Both
girls woke up as Grandma and Grandpa got into the jeep. The five of us drove
back to Springboro. Buddy never made a sound, and no one had a clue he was
snoozing in the back section. Upon arrival at home, as everyone made their
way into the house, I grabbed the box and took it upstairs to the bedroom.
Kim and my son arrived home from the movie at about 6:00. Kim's mother arrived
at about 6:10. Dinner was about ready, but I got everyone into the living
room seated in front of the fireplace. I retrieved the box, and placed a
ribbon on the top of the lid. Buddy made no noise. Kim opened the
box (removed the lid), and started crying immediately. For the remainder
of the evening, Buddy was the hit of the party,. loved and appreciated by
everyone. Perfect!!!
Hi
Patty, Just wanted to tell you what a joy Buddy is. He's sweet,
funny, snuggly, friendly and just downright adorable. We take Beau and him
pretty much everywhere and he loves it. He's becoming something of a mini
canine celebrity because he's all over town with us. He especially loves
the dry cleaning window, because he knows he'll always get a treat! What
else...he's up to a little over 14 pounds. He cracks us all up by chasing
his tail in a circle. One of his favorite places to sit is in my lap
with his head on my shoulder, looking up at me with his big brown eyes.
It's killer, I can tell you! He sleeps with us, and right now is curled up next
to my 4 year old KC who's been sick for the last couple of days. K.C.
and Buddy are great pals--she calls him her 'baby puppy". He and Beau are
both spoiled but not rotten, and nap together all of the time. There was
no adjustment at all. They took to each other immediately. Anyhow, I
just wanted to say thank you. Buddy is a much loved member of the
family and the best Christmas present I've ever received!! Kim

Apollo Meet
Isabella!!
We are extremely happy with our puppy, Isabella, that we purchased
from Patty. She has been checked thoroughly by our vet and found to be
in good health (including her heart). She has remained healthy and in
addition to that, she has been easy to train
and is
an absolutely beautiful, happy, healthy puppy! She is very affectionate and
loves people, just as the breed is famous for. Patty has been so
helpful and supportive in each step of the process. She always
welcomes phone calls or emails when we have questions and is very good about
returning calls and being available when we need her. In addition, she
has provided us with a wealth of information on the care, feeding,
house-training, and immunizations for Isabella. I've actually made a
notebook that contains pages from Patty's web site plus all of the
information she has given us on our visits to her. And she stays in
touch with us, even though we have had our puppy for several months now.
She truly loves these Cavaliers and you can see it in her interaction with
the dogs, puppies and potential owners.

Patty,
We have had the pleasure of Sheba in our household for over two
wonderful months now. Both Nathan and I can't thank you enough for
our lively, loving little pup. We enjoyed every minute of the process
of finding and arranging to take Sheba to her new home.
I appreciated your
availability both by phone and e-mail. I had a lot
of questions being a first time Cavalier owner and your readiness to
answer, and patience really made me feel confident about my decision
to adopt one of your pups. Also appreciated was your upfront health
guarantee of the puppies. Adopting a Cavalier one knows there could be
genetic health conditions and having you acknowledge, and provide
support for it in your guarantee again put my mind at ease.
Meeting and choosing our puppy couldn't have been more convenient or fun! It
was great to see the puppies interact not just with us, but
other people and animals. The careful and tender way you care for your
pups is evident in their excellent disposition. It is obvious that our
pup was raised with love, not in a mill. My husband and I loved that
you'd door trained your pups as little Sheba was completely house
trained in under a week!
I can't imagine just having one fun loving Cavalier and look forward
to adopting as many as my husband will allow me in the future. It was
a pleasure doing business with you and I am sure we will see you soon.
Sincerely,
Marissa Donham |
